Creating the conditions
1. The sustain pillar is not easily monitored. The company needs to create and promote the correct environment.
2. Make everyone aware through 5S Training programs understand the 5 pillars and why you must sustain them.
3. Make sure time is made available.
4. Have a controlling 5S Audit program to ensure 5S activities are carried out.

2. Develop a 5S slogan to communicate the 5 pillars of 5S.
3. Develop 5S posters to communicate the general program or improvements.
