Six Sigma Champions Six Sigma Champions are directly responsible for the delivery of Six Sigma Knowledge. They deploy and develop plans to ensure the success of Six Sigma.
Master Black Belts and Black Belts Solving Six Sigma problems requires varying levels of skill.
Master Black belts are hands on experts who also teach and mentor Black, Green and Yellow belts. They also act as mentors on fundamental business issues as well as specific projects. The Black belt are the most highly trained employees of Six Sigma tools and methods. They will usually operate in a full time capacity as a Six Sigma employee Green Belts. The Six Sigma Green Belts are training and skilled to solve the majority of process problems and will often work for a Black Belt. Green belts are often process leaders, operational specialists, managers who have a significant level of skills to solve moderate problems Yellow Belts Every one can apply a level of Six Sigma problem solving and improve their work environment. They will assist green and black belts on larger more complex problems. Being A Six Sigma Black belt is not a marshal art but a core skill level in solving problems ?
